To able activate any module on your MT Box you need to have enough amount of credits on your MT Box account. To buy MT Box credits please contact any our reseller and provide your MT Box serial number. After reseller inform you about that your MT Box account has been recharged you can activate any offered module for your MT Box sn using MT Box update tool v3.18 or higher.

hi, i have mtbox nokia activated with sl20. but each time i unlock bb5+ and sl2 phone it gives server return error e402 error… i cant understand what the problem is… Is the server is offline?????? if yes when it will go online plz help me griffen team .. thanks

If you does not visit support forum minimum 1 time in 90 days or you does not enter your mt sn upon forum registration, your support forum account will be automatically deactivated and you need to activate it again by sending your support forum user name and mt box sn using contact us form. We will check and activate your support forum account within 24 hours and send you an confirmation email to you.

Please connect MT Box to USB, start MT box update tool v3.18 or higher then press Info button. The credits info will be displayed in few seconds. Internet connection required.

SL20 account cant be used to login on support forum or any other web site. This is account designed only for unlock/repair phones but not for login to any web site.

To use SX4 feature on MT Box and able write PM to phone, you need to have one GT server account with minimum 1 log on it. To buy GT server account you can contact any from our resellers from above list.

Only in case server not work (like in December 2006 about 30 minutes), when many users report problems in same time. In this case we will analyze, solve the problem then refund all logs to customers who use it in that time.
